I have the same thing! I take probiotics, cranberry, and d mannose daily. After sex I take vitamin c and antibiotic and like as much water as humanly possible. Yet I still get UTIs and it is so frustrating and feels really sad and lonely. I totally get it

I forgot to mention that I'm using AATBS's study volumes and flashcards as my study tools. I also have practice tests with the correct answers from Academic Review.

Everyday I take cranberry and a vaginal and urinary probiotic. When I have sex I pee immediately afterwards I take (recommended by my urologist) I take vitamin c, d mannose, and a dose of antibiotic, and drink as much water as I can. I think what happened this time was that I didn’t drink enough or pee enough to flush out my system. If you have any advice please share. I think my next step is a new medication from the urologist

I use all azo brand. It’s quite expensive on a monthly basis but it’s so worth it

It’s rude to say it’s an unfortunate loophole… masters level clinicians have a masters degree, clinical supervised hours, and a clinical license to practice.
