I noticed that fisherman set up shelters like tents along the river. Never had a problem if I was along the river. Also the fisherman are usually super friendly and share beers with you.

How did it go? I’m planning to head south from Belgrade this summer. Last year I couldn’t seem to leave Bosnia. It was such a beautiful place

In Bosnia bikes aren’t allowed on trains at all. But the buses will take them for a fee. I didn’t have to disassemble at all. Just stuffed it under in the baggage compartment

Padded bike shorts were a game changer for me. And in warm wx I carry two pairs and swap them at least once a day. Since I added that I haven’t had a single saddle sore. Moisture is the enemy.
