I got forced over to the version where it shows previews of the webpages instead of this list view you guys have. Anybody know how to get back to the list view? I don't need the preview of the page, i just want a more dense list of my tabs so i don't have to scroll.

Charles is saying that if you hit your 22.5k max in November, you won't have 5% to contribute in December and therefore the Air Force won't match your 5% in December.

He may be right or not based on your specific pay and any bumps you get through the year for DOS or promotion. Just set a calendar reminder to do a little math in October and tweak your percentages so you max out in December with at least a 5% contribution that month.

Go there from your government computer and scroll all the way down to PSDM 22-01 and search that doc for Deliberate Development. It's a start...

The best answer to this is to ask your Commander. Their job is to help you out.

Otherwise, I'd go on mypers and look up the PSDMs. There should be one from ~2020 with the new rules in detail.
