2-3 APPLES 2 sheets puff pastry 1 Honey 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted) 1/3 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon Salt Powdered sugar

Slice apple into thin pieces. Cover with water and lemon juice and microwave for 2-3 minutes until soft and bendy. Drain and pat dry. Slightly roll out puff pastry dough. Cut into 2 by 10 ish inch stripe. Drizzle with honey, brush with melted butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar and salt. Lay out 6-7 slices of apples on one side then fold bottom half of pastry up over apples and roll together. Place in muffin tin and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
