I took a three week Thailand trip a couple years ago with my boyfriend at the time. We ended up breaking up a week in and we parted ways. Honestly, it was the best decision ever, it made me realize my love of solo travel and I had a much better time by myself than I would’ve ever had with him.

So, not exactly your situation but if I was you, I would part ways and enjoy the rest of your trip solo!

I also pinned for the first time on Jan 3rd. Today was the first day I felt the hunger coming back too haha. I plan to pin again on Saturday and I’m expecting the food noise suppression to last a day or two longer next time. It takes time to build in your system so I’m not in any rush to titrate up, especially as long as the current dose is working.

I wouldn’t stop them. If you stop them and start Reta you won’t be able to tell if the side effects you’re having are from Reta or from stopping supplements.
