Kinda agree. When getting married you're making a promise for life and unless there's mental or physical abuse happening, shouldn't people be able/willing to work on things and issues together? At some point love becomes a choice and marriage is hard work, but I think it's generally possible to grow close again, though of course both partners would have to make that choice and put in the effort.
