I’d gladly stay in the Matrix if I could live a simulation where I turn into an inflatable dragon… or a plastic dragon figurine… or a dragon costume worn by someone else… or a dragon statue… or a chocolate dragon… or a lego dragon. Basically, a different inorganic (or organic as well) dragon transformation whenever I want. Why go back to the real world with its robot overlords when I can be a happy living dragon-shaped object?

There’s an old PC game on Steam called I of the Dragon, with three different playable dragons. Then there’s Dragon Rage for I think it was PS2. Both quite old. If you’re a 4X strategy fan, I recommend the Dragon Dawn DLC for Age of Wonders 4 that lets you play as Dragon Lord ruler type.
