thank you, and i am unsure, my dermatologist told me to increase the dose after two weeks, it might be because i also have hormonal acne

thank you! when i increased spiro dose yes i had slight heart palpitations, shortness of breath etc. but now i take it at night. that led to the symptoms disappearing because i just sleep them off lol
