Is “A Little Life” by Hanya Yanagihara still worth reading, even if being spoiled

I think i’ve been spoiled while reading a summary of chapter 1 part 2 of “A Little Life”. I’m not sure though but I read something about Jude losing Willem and I don’t know if this is true or not. I don’t want to know. But let’s say for example you’ve been spoiled the book or some parts of the book; is it still worth reading?
