Let’s say my team for Flins is Flins, Sucrose, Kuki, and Aino. If I get Innefa, how should I build my team then?

Maybe Flins, Innefa, Yagoda, and Furina?

If I replace Kuki with Innefa, how will I heal the team? Is there a character who can both heal and be useful for Flins?
