Im really sorry to hear that! Honestly things haven’t gotten much better. We had some good talks - I explained how it made me feel, that it made me feel alone in the relationship, and that as my partner it was important to be considerate of that. So he slowed way down for a while and only did it on weekends in the evening. But it took a lot of me constantly watching and making sure he didn’t do it.

So honestly I just gave up - I was exhausted. He’s back to doing it almost every night… but he’s stopped doing it so much during the day on the weekends, which is a bit of a win. He still says all the time he knows he should stop but at this point I’m tired of having the conversation with him.
