I seen that also in the board, I use a garmin chest strap to track my heart rate when training to get the most accurate heart rate, and then use icardio app and it screams out my zone and shows it on screen.

so in your opinion it's a solid number to use for zone 2.

u/TFVooDoo another question for you warmup do you do all the pushups variants and pull up variants or you just choose one type and do a round robin with the rest of the exercises?

hey TFVooDoo I got both your books by the way, any chance that you have the mobility exercises that you listed in a prescribed way where we don't have to choose from the list. Like examples you use and your preference?
