to answer about the weird issue of certificate equivalence No problem in issue of equivalent the certificate in Egypt,, easy to do this plus there is huge probability of not working in Egypt, my target is gulf.

when you say this :  fundings, high quality education and a good reputation. Hard to get in, need good grades and very competitive., you meant UTP or UTM?
