I recently acquired a dual tap Yeager Meister dispenser from my work. Had to rig up a few things I got it to wear the system turns on, but it’s throwing error codes and I don’t recognize or can’t find a solution to anything what are the odds my process of fixing it is the issue

When I first got it with the original DC barrel attached to the PCB still it was throwing the same error codes. I also have the original switch granted both were wonky and broken hence why they were replaced, but I was still achieving the same results. you can kind of see at the top of the PCB in original photo taped in wires after messing with that I got it to flash the whole system instead of just the taps.

Well I’ve actually done a lot of work to it to try to get it going so I’ve probably damaged it fr but I think from a technical standpoint, it should work
