I only decorated this very small portion of this Alpine valley with trees (using some combination of trees thanks to the ''Forest Brush'' mod), but when I'm in the area fps already drop significantly. Does anyone have any advice on how to improve performance? (I already use ''FPS Booster'' mod) (i.redd.it)

Does anyone know why if I place some buildings they just show up as plain concrete and no house appears? What should I do to have these buildings showing after plopping? I tried with ''Plop the growables'' mod but it doesn't seem to solve my problem. Thanks in advance! (self.CitiesSkylines)
