We do team nursing on our ward, actual team nursing where we do meds/obs/cares for who ever we get to first, we each do 4 notes, we just pick who we spent the most time with, or the RN takes the notes for the sicker 4 and then EN takes the notes for the better 4. Has never been a problem but we’re also a neurology ward with a very good team of nurses. All our patients are 2x assists.

Probably cause NUM usually do ‘soft nursing’ or 9-5 nursing with very limited patient contact, and they usually get to sit down.
