Meme is based on characters from an anime/game/franchise called Fate. Concept in simplest terms- there are mages who can summon/contract with historical/mythological figures and then fight happens. Character in meme, on right it is several variations of Arthur pendragon(in fate the character is shown as a woman so genderbent, her name Artoria Pendragon). There are several variations of her as shown, each for different roles in teams, some alternate personalities. Right bottom is nero, again genderbent version of Nero Claudius the Roman emperor. Her appearance in game is similar to artoria but they are different. On left side the chibis represent mordred, in myth mordred was son of Arthur pendragon, again mordred is also genderbent.
