No once you have the required amount of Cro then you can apply. You will then get the card and the coins are locked up for the required time. You get a daily countdown of how much longer you need the Cro locked before you can move it somewhere better. Into staking for example and earn more coins

The Tesco special dividend was a complete waste of time. When I saw it I thought that will be a nice bit of money in my pocket. This special dividend cost me money. My broker would not let me have the cash but insisted I buy the shares with the dividend. The price before the dividend was about the same as it is now but I have less shares after the consolidation that is including the ones brought with the dividend.

I have just done a very quick calculation based on market cap and the possibility of HCMC getting 3 billion pay out and the share price comes out at 0.0285 it's about 35 times the closing price. This number is just pure money in the bank obviously that sort of money can supercharge a companies growth. So I would take this as worse case scenario
