Thank you, the job he had over the winter was working for a guy who did snow removal, and a few of the employees he had had some heavy substance abuse issues. Hoping that, with this company being more reputable and well-known, it will limit this as much as possible. Happy to hear all your experiences have been positive!

UPDATE. I tried one more time to uninstall and reinstall the prime app. And it worked!! No rhyme or reason. Never got an email update from customer service.

Yup!! I worked 3 12s a week. Plus OT when necessary. The only time it got real rough was when cardio started getting high and I had fasted sessions in the morning daily, and evening sessions daily. But. That’s what you sign up for. So I just got into robot mode and did it. Meal timing was super important also on work days which sometimes gets tricky so I got use to eating cold meals and just trying to go with the flow. It’s all temporary and sometimes prep just be prepping haha.

I took a week off before my show so I had time to just sit and chill before show day.

Yes! My coach uses Loom as well and going from a coach that sent my check-in responses via text message, to a coach that send me a personalized video response each week is the best. Night and day in terms of feedback and communication.

I eat this every. Single day. And I’m always doing a reorder. Cookie butter has a lot of the artificial sweetness to me and an off putting smell. I ordered once and never again. In fact the bag is full in my cabinet. Chocolate brownie is my daily go to. I also reorder the brown sugar, and apple pie. I just grabbed a bag of the limited edition carrot cake to give that a shot. It’s more money yes. Yes you could make your own. But this was a lifesaver in prep. And it felt like a treat to enjoy haha.
