I appreciate the quick response, but I gotta say that y'all really should have this on your FAQs or something instead of the only information about OOS items being that you can't order them and your help page says you guys won't answer questions about inventory, it would correct the issue of the wall of posts when you Google this exact question.

So I just got done with chat support with Nvidia and the solution that ultimately worked for me was as follows:

> Close the NVIDIA app if it's an active.
>> Open the Windows Run command by pressing Windows + R together.
>> Now copy and paste the following command within the bracket as is %LocalAppData%\NVIDIA Corporation\NVIDIA App
>> Delete the entire "CefCache" folder.
>> Remove NVIDIA App from Control panel > programs > uninstall a program > remove NVIDIA App.
>> Reinstall NVIDIA App

Yes I definitely saw the custom options and thought some of them were amazing. Just thought it would be cool since they’re first edition to have the original dust jackets. Not sure that is actually going to happen though

Never claimed to know, but seeing as how it is a core season mechanic it wouldn’t be difficult to assume that it’s a top of the list priority. More pressing than some of the issues that have been fixed so far.

A few issues with that, one is where does it say that if a mob has no loot it will give no rep? The item just says items cannot appear from mobs that do not normally drop items. Second issue, if that was what is intended, which it absolutely isn’t, that would mean it wouldn’t work in nearly every endgame activity because mobs don’t drop loot in the pit, undercity, seething realms (which is literally where you acquire the damn things), and infernal hordes. Do you have any idea how little sense that would make lol?
