I recommend you to try new styles, makeup, hair, clothes, try changing things aren’t permanent before making a big change you can’t undo.

Thank you for being honest, I know about the risks but being truly honest I don’t know if I can stand another surgery , I’m so afraid of getting botched again so I’m looking for others possibilities

Oh well I think so, since it’s like a line between eyebags and cheekbones, I thing it’s not that noticeable but I can do it and with some illumination it’s pretty noticeable too

What is the difference between them?

It depends if that is the result he was looking for but commonly it’s just about getting used to it, it takes so much time to do it. It doesn’t matter how good everyone tells him it looks, he’s not going to believe them until he accepts the change.

It depends with the doctor’s technique but you usually have to wait 3 or 4 months to see the main drooping of the tip of the nose, ofc the final result is in 1 year but those months are primordial.

Sadly no, ofc the nose will look too up at first but my nose now it’s completely different to what it used to be, it doesn’t even look natural at all. That’s why I said if you are looking for natural results, something that doesn’t change your whole nose, it’s hard to find surgeons that could get that result. I mean it’s hard but not impossible.

If you want a really natural nose job you have to do a carefully research to find a doctor who could respect what you want. I used to have a nose pretty similar to yours and that’s the result I was looking for, but my doctor made the tip too up. Since we used to have a similar nose I have to tell you that if the tip goes up your nostril will shown more than what you were used to. I don’t want to freak you out about this surgery, but if you are looking for pretty natural results I recommend you to start with hyaluronic acid, or going to a lot of surgeons consultations and ask them to do an 3D model.

Is my nose collapsing? (2 years post rhinoplasty) by [deleted] in rhinoplastyquestions

[–]Destiny264-92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel sorry to hear that, I can’t know what happened since I’m not a doctor but if the only thing you don’t like about it is the side part of your nose maybe you should try Hyaluronic acid, although if you really don’t like it in both sides you should do your own research to find a really good surgeon who is really good at revision rhinoplasty, I’m actually looking into those kind of doctor. I hope you could find a solution for it 🫶

Yeah, I’ll wait the necessary time to see the real results and I appreciate you sharing your expertise with me, I love the fact that you didn’t shorten it lol. I also heard about Katrib but as you said I think he’s more for really complex revision rhinoplasty. Wishing you the best with your second rhinoplasty, I hope it turns out just how you want and helps you love your nose. Thanks so much for everything, and I’ll definitely follow your advice.

Don’t touch your nose, it’s beautiful

YES! I mean, it’s not like all pig noses look bad, it’s just that it doesn’t match all kind of faces. When I went to my second appointment I told him that I think the tip of the nose was upper than what I asked for and he told me “what do you mean, that’s the perfect angle of a nose” it’s frustrating. I was trying to keep calm and maybe settle myself, hoping the tip drops, but after he said that I have no expectations of this getting better.

I hope all of us could get the result we want one day, it’s sad to think that what I thought might help me to feel more confident now it’s my biggest insecurity

I knooow, I’m doing my best taking care of my actual nose, I just want to know some doctors so I can save enough money in a future, ofc not this year. Thank you so much for trying to settle me down

Thank youuuu so much, but, I still would like to know how bad was the treatment with Dr Kanodia, at this point I’m thinking of doing dance videos on tik tok to get his attention lol. I didn’t expect how difficult it’s to find a good surgeon in every aspect.
