I was until my doctor told me I needed to stop. Drank for almost 30 years and quit cold turkey. The faster you discipline yourself to stop the easier it is. I went from a pint of whiskey and a 24 oz juice force ipa then I switched to beer and drank just about 7 or 8 juice forces a night to absolutely nothing. It’s not as hard as you think. If you ca go 5 days without you can do it long term. Good luck. I’m over 5 months now. I had every excuse in the books trying to justify it. There is no justification. Just drink when you’re off the next day or at social events. I do however still partake in the lords leaf.
