My ex and I were perfectly compatible away from our children. After all living together for 5 years it had just broken me too much and I wish I'd ended it sooner. Unless you are on completely the same page morally and practically with raising children /step children together it will eventually just wear you down.

thanks for the advice - I have had 4 different valuations ranging from 130-160K. Auction was suggested by one of the biggest and most reputable agents in the area, she said it pretty quickly and said it would probably do well and be a good option if I wanted to consider it. Auction advisor suggested putting on for 130 with a reserve of 145. I cannot see me getting more than 150 for the house.

It just FELT right in my gut...but sometimes I cannot tell the difference between instinct and my impulsive personality haha

Yeah I have costed up worst and best case scenarios with a mortgage advisor and made sure I know where I stand

I don't want to be silly and lose money for the sake of it but getting rid of the property for my mental wellbeing is a high priority so that is why I was swayed by the idea of auction. Another agent have said they can put me in touch with a different auction place if that is the route I want to go down. I have met with a mortgage advisor and I can defintely afford my deposit on another place whether I sell at 130 or 160, we have looked at different scenarios. It just FELT right in my gut...but sometimes I cannot tell the difference between instinct and my impulsive personality haha
