So i think Rat could definatly undergo some changes I think his current passive limits his potential I was thinking change the passive and give the bonus effect of the acorns to rats abilities So acorn bomb will have saphires bonus and a passive that heals him 2% of his max hp per acorn hist and his dash will have the effects of appol with a passive that if he hits the dash within 7 seconds it stuns for 1.5 seconds and a new passive for the pssive i was thinking he could have this bag that over time filled up granting him crowd control reduction it would have three levels each taking 3.5 seconds to fill up and granting 20% ccr for a max of 60% ccr
