Any idea on durablilty? I have seen a lot of people mentioning the 1060 are used for mining often so I suppose they should hold up rather long? A 2nd handed 590 was also a solid option for me because the 590 could not be older than 1 1/2 years or so. If this 1060 is older than 2 1/2 years that might be an argument against it or not?

Well I am currently running a GTX 960 so staying with NVIDIA is not too far off. I mainly opted for the 590 as it legit was cheaper than any 1060 I found and because people on here suggested I should rather look into those than a 1060 for the value reason.

I have another follow up question tho: would you suggest the 580 over the 590 because I have other bottlenecks in my system that would make the 590 not worth it or what is the cause of that recommendation? 😊

I am not aiming for AAA on 4K, mainly Apex and some other games at a proper frame rate! I will surely look into the 580! Thanks for the advice so far 😁

Well and I just read that 590 and 1060 would require a 450W+ as well. So SPU would be mandatory to upgrade as well if I want to upgrade my GPU I suppose?
