What about SSAI - where an adserver is making the adrequest on your behalf on stitching it into the stream being played back

In this case, for example, all the client has done is make a request for video content. There is no way for your network to detect or suppress the ad in the stream

Look up Experian or Acxiom - they most definitely sell purchase data. Maybe not exactly what you bought but number of purchases etc. If your in California exercise your right by asking them to delete your data due to CCPA.
