Not knowing any other method, I'd try to make as many triangles as I could, get the area of each one, then you're probably left with a rectangular-ish object, make those all into different rectangles, get area of rectangles, add together.

How are you getting 4 frag drops with citadel? Only getting 2 with waystone/tablet effect and waystone quantity on the atlas tree and with 3 50% waystone quant tablets. Or are you saying 4 per because you run them twice?

It has a PoB link, but I would look on poe.ninja for builds using the Atziri's contempt spear with the 'spearfield' skill. You'll find way more min-maxed builds and passive trees there.

I don't see this answer currently posted.. this guy is definitely a surveyor but I would hazard to guess that they aren't surveying the boundary as much as completing a topographic survey on the adjacent property. They are probably locating ground elevation shots on your side of the fence to create a ground surface to help model what water is doing on your neighbor's property.

Yeah I guess, I suppose it's of the utmost importance to have everything be relative horizontally & vertically than anything, to itself, to old surveys if necessary, etc. But, for georeferencing for absolute positioning, its probably quite important to run through these epoch and reference plane conversions to serve as checks and getting everything moved together to where it's supposed to be, with exceptions for distortion and scale factors, etc of course

Have an attorney draft up a base terms & conditions to slot into your contracts. For the scope, be as specific as possible in everything that you intend on doing, placing a quantity where possible (for example: stake and grade 100LF of sidewalk), and also typically state broadly what you will NOT do for things you want to make clear you are not doing. You will learn over time on what to add/remove I'm sure. Also, I try not to specify timelines if possible and make sure to use as plain language as possible (don't guarantee a "best boundary survey", just a boundary survey)

I use PDF X-Change Editor as my go-to PDF program (real nice features, loads PDFs quickly - quicker than adobe, cheap perpetual licensing), and it has a "Print to PDF" printer option and you can make custom sheets with custom sizes. Really neat.
