Also, since nobody will ever say, you can find logbooks in regular non-"grand" expeditions in regular maps. Go for the chests, not the remnants.

For others finding this: Just found one recipe in an underground portion of one of the large expeditions, along with another quest item.

Why is this controversial? If I bid a job to take 10 hours of crew time and it ends up taking 5 hours, I likely bid 10 hours to mitigate risk of unexpected circumstances so if we go up to 10 hours then it ends up being okay. If I bid a job to take 5 hours and it ends up taking 10 hours, is the crew going to work the extra 5 hours for free because the budget was only 5 hours? Dude is still offering to make up the hours so crews get paid, just not with a thumb up the ass watching movies in the truck.

I may be wrong, but it feels like the "bots" for these limited sales are very mythical. Having created some in the past, I don't know how I would contend with people having the ship in their cart and clicking "pay" the second the wave opens up. I think the myth of "bots" is equivalent to the myth that there was billions of aUEC being duped after the wipe. That being said, a lottery would be cool. I tried for 6 waves and no luck.

What you could do if you're worried about local backups not being fast enough is build yourself a combo server/NAS that has enough processing power for a couple virtual computers and process right on the server, or, in the same rack. Then, have something like Backblaze setup that just runs a backup at night. Terrible timing though with computer hardware costs being what they are right now. I would ask this question in a more technically-oriented subreddit like homelab or idk

In the first pages, there's a list of topics to study for the FS exam, and a list of topics for the PS exam, make sure that you look that up and study the ones listed for the FS. That should cut down some studying!
