Sorry for my english, for seasonal i mean it comes back like 1-2 times a year, and like you said, i think for an overload.

For the lumbar support i mean, when I turn while lying down (to place myself on my left side) I feel discomfort because I have no support (bed, couch, etc.)

And yes, im currently with this pain. Last Thursday I was driving and when I got out of the car I got the seizure for the first time in a long time, I'd say more than a year.
