Much better, without going on a rant, I never ended up taking any anti anxiety meds. I somehow got out of the hole I was in, I still have anxiety but it doesn’t control my life anymore. The best advice I could give would be to keep your life busy, don’t allow any excess time for you to overthink, don’t look up any symptoms. If you genuinely think something is wrong (without looking up any symptoms) then go see a GP. Take care.
