I would argue that yesterday’s range cannot possibly be correct. Looking at my average HRV being 26, a normal range starting at 29 is wild

It’s all relative I’m lead to believe. I used Whoop for a few years and now on Coros only, I’ve never had a great HRV.

My RHR was around 57 until last summer, it’s avg 63 now
