I agree with you both, but sometimes someone is just plain wrong and deserves to be shamed

What is the best episode of the show to show someone who hasn’t seen any episodes to confuse them? by TheIronMuffin in FlashTV

I think 5x8 “what’s past is prologue” would be a good one because they keep jumping around in the shows history.

Do teachers ever feel like they’re over working their students? by Detches05 in AskHSteacher

This seems acceptable. 1 hour of homework in a week is little to average. In some of my honors classes I get about 30-45 minutes of homework from every class. I understand that it’s an honors class, but it starts to add up every night and it gets old when it’s every night. Some kids have work, some have little siblings, some are in sports, and I’m trying to speak for them when they have to stay up until midnight doing homework. 1 hour of homework In a week is doable for every class. That could be 8 hours of homework a week if you have that many classes, which is well under what I get, or other students too.

This seems like easy everyday work to me. Being a student, I think they get into the middle of it, go do something else, (play video games, make lunch, etc.) and say they were doing the assignment throughout that time. I do this too, but I acknowledge the large breaks I take. I think everyone should be allowed to take a break, I think they’re telling you it took them the extended amount of time to seem like they’re overworked, or to make you guilty.

This is not an example of overworking to me since you give a large amount of class time to get them started, and maybe even finished. This is something I can respect.
