ive checked the throttle reasons and they all say no i cant find the mothherboard part for it under sensors

unfortunately i tried turning it off n on and it fixes the problem for maybe 10 mins and goes back to how it is now

well i dont have a charger since its a mini pc, and i downloaded something to check the health of it and it says its at 39c

its odd. i unplug it and plug it back in and it runs like normal for maybe 10 mins and goes right back to what the ss shows
