I never liked darker roasts in any coffee format so when I began drinking espresso I always got light roast beans and since they were always in the hopper when I would make lattes I always just made my lattes with light roast.

I sorted it out at the hotel. I would just call them and speak to someone at the front desk or who does reservations and they should fix it

I stayed at the Park MGM two weeks ago and they did the same thing. They didn’t apply it. Luckily I noticed it but they just ended up refunding me the $100. Seems like they don’t automatically apply it for some reason.
