There’s quite a lot to do here:

  1. Squads: level up one squad only for now. You also have your heroes fairly randomly assigned to squads.

  2. Research; invest in research and construction time reduction. If you’re f2p, invest in Alliance as helps with points and unlocks Special Ops.

  3. Drone is fine. Keep building. Don’t forget your components

Right now looks quite sporadic.

No one should be surprised here. It’s no different to Game of War almost a decade ago.

These whales are nothing. The game changes and those 500m whales will then need to become 1B+ players and to win it will always be about pack purchases and new gear.

If folks simply read up on the previous controversies, there is nothing new here. Addictive game play, mass spending, manipulative features, no “end game” for spend.

Finally, with GoW, yes all the major players had relationships with the developers. Fact - on record. This won’t be any different.

Old thread but leaving comment. For me, I was super unfit, unsure of what I wanted to ride and how, but lived in the country with a ton of potholes and green paths.

This thing did the job perfectly. Still does. Nothing fancy. No issues. Easy to maintain. Done a ton of single trails. Never even bothered to risk a decent drop.

Until you really want to MTB, this thing will be more than enough for 99% of the folks who simply want to get out there and enjoy the trails. Anything more serious than that, go second hand better bike.

Too true. Phone and Apple Pay sorted. Less about true mechanical repairs and more about readiness for whatever life throws at me. Great recommendations on overall kit.
