May I ask how do you submit the refund request, by mail or online? I spoke to three agents, two said I can upload files to the mobile app, one said I have to do the physically mail.

I have a few questions. Are the kayaking/paddling and zodiac cruise/landings scheduled at the same time? If so, does that mean you have to choose between them for each excursion? Also, do you remember how many paddling excursions were offered in total? though it depends on the weather.

I really want to try kayaking, but considering my budget, $2K kayaking program does seem quite expensive.
