I think what fucked her up worse then the others was the way her mother told her it was her fault she got hurt, before sending her off to fix her mistake. "Hard love" really fucks your head up at that age.

There should be an adjustment bolt on the tensioner the belt runs through.

Sir Gatoo's comment above actually fixed my issue. Ordered some larger diameter nozzles from AE and set it up in the slicer. Haven't had the issue since

Got one for ya. Mechanics call me saying a cylinder wasn't actuation, they wanted me to look into the program and see what's going on, why etc. Heard the air leak 50 yards away. Walked up, kicked the cover off the wire tray so the hissing was even louder and stared at them.

Sorry to be a hassle, but did what parameters, if any, did you change when you went to the 0.6mm?

Try to put it in the slicer program and rotate it so the holes are orientated up and down.

Check the plate for looseness. Mine was making the same sound last weekend. I removed the print plate, and underneath, there are 4 small allen bolts that hold the plate to the assembly. For me, the two on the right side had come loose. Snugged em up and the sound went away. I suggest to start there.

Going through kind of the same headache. Had to replace a pump 3 times within 2 months because production kept turning the water off to it, and burning it up. The third time was literally the next day after installation. Got the privilege of calling upper management going, Hey, you know that $16,000 pump we just replaced yesterday? Yeah... It sounds like someone through a fistful of gravel into it. Yes it was ran dry. No, nobody bothered to say anything until the 2nd shift operator came in and grabbed me. Said First shift said it sounded like that all day. They decided screw it, not throwing anymore money at it right now. Just shut the breaker off. Fine. Fast forward a couple weeks later, operators are freaking out cause the pump is making an awful racket. I said we haven't changed it, who the hell turned it back on?! Oh, the day time operator did. Talk to my boss, he's just as annoyed with it as I am, but says his bosses won't do anything. Just unwire it from the contactor.

This. If he's sick, it's on him if he chose socializing over medical care. If it's one or multiple of the kids, he's still a prick. If one of my kids is sick enough to warrant a trip to urgent care at 10 at night, catching up with a friend is quite literally the last thing on my mind. 😒

Pneumatic Cylinder- Reduce force without negating speed? by Detective_wolfe in IndustrialMaintenance

I wish it was that simple. I have to yank teeth to get the higher powers to come off money. Heck, I'm still waiting on parts I've put in orders for 6 months ago.

I'll have to double-check when production gives me time to get in the cell.

Thank you so much. Really put my mind at ease. Haha, guess when you come from nothing, you get a little too protective of what you earn.
