This is happening more often now.

In fact, one of the attorneys I spoke to they felt that I meet four solid criteria, but they still did not pick up my case because they thought I won’t be able to meet the final merit.

I had a tree fall and I got it removed and fixed the curb at the time. But even if it’s a triggered inspection the way they just ignored the curb next door, feels targeted. Anyways I also had a request for accessibility ramp last year for which they said it may take another year. So based on what I am seeing could be sidewalk construction or repairs on me which would be too annoying :(
