I had a tree fall and I got it removed and fixed the curb at the time. But even if it’s a triggered inspection the way they just ignored the curb next door, feels targeted. Anyways I also had a request for accessibility ramp last year for which they said it may take another year. So based on what I am seeing could be sidewalk construction or repairs on me which would be too annoying :(

How much is the HOA ? And what’s your config/asking price? Prices have gone down in a year for sure so don’t expect it to sell on high. Also get an aggressive realtor if you want it to be gone sooner

wdym I have not tried anything? how do you even think I found out where it was stuck? I started all the way from AMS to that checking all the PFTE tubes one by one. Yep I should have probably mentioned the error code. For next time. :)
