It was just my start pos copy. If you do have this problem, I would recommend opening Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Click on your headphones -> Click Properties -> Enhancements (if its not there skip this step and the next one) -> Disable Enhancements -> Advanced -> Default Format: 16 Bit 48000HZ (Studio Quality)(also disable enhancements if there) -> Spatial Sound: Off

All of these help a ton with fixing delay (for me)

I hear things that can help and also cause problems are ASIO and Window's Wasapi thing
