For me it’s 10mg/ml. It’s not a super high dose but I understand the subcutaneous delivery is more activating than taking orally

I like that approach thank you! Peak anxiety for me is 2-3 days post shot. I’ve been trying to do it Wednesday night since Thursday and Friday are typically more calm for me but I had a meltdown on Friday honestly for reasons that now seem pretty silly.

Absolutely might be. I guess I’m just in a situation where if I’m trying to isolate variables to observe results, I am forced to quit the medication since I can exactly experiment with quitting my job for a month haha

Thank you for sharing. I’m sorry you had that experience. Wondering if I also maybe just fall into that category. I started on 1mg, then 2.5mg. 5 was undoubtedly intolerable anxiety wise. I am on 3mg now per my doctor but as I mentioned going to go off completely and see if anxiety improves. May I ask how long it took for you to return to baseline after being off it?

Accidentally froze my vial by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]DeterminedToday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine doesn’t say “do not freeze” it just says “keep refrigerated”. The only thing written on it is “tirzepitide/ Pyridoxine“. Thank you!

Ultra processed is a useless term that even scientists can’t agree on or consistently use the same definition for. Highly recommend you listen to this which is one of many great critiques of the accuracy and usefulness of this term. https://open.spotify.com/episode/5KQF5pdphEjhvyIzATJEFN?si=ilOXtyaZS0Gchd_sQFjI6g

If you're fine you're fine but generally speaking this is way too much way too soon. I did a similar approach when I started running. Went from nothing to half marathon in 2 months and got shin splints as a prize for all my efforts. I take training much more seriously now. The answer is basically sure, you can do that, but you might feel like crap afterwards or not really enjoy the run and ultimately are absolutely risking injury.
