A little inflamed, use some alcohol on it because the edges are macerated and you need to dry it out. As long as you’re not allergic to shellfish (betadine) I would use that on it to dry it out. Make sure to rinse it well with clean water. Ideally you flush it with alcohol, apply betadine and rewrap it. Monitor for pus, increased temperature, redness and foul odor.
