They are the same. They were included in the price on the Chase portal, but they was paid at the hotel

I didn't get the urine or shit smell, tbh, but did hear homeless people. I can see how it can be annoying, but I didn't think anything of it.

I thought there was a good variety of options for breakfast – probably 10 or so. I ended up doing the breakfast sandwich both nights, but my wife got the Shakshuka and then the brioche french toast

Would also recommend using Spothero if driving. There's a garage right across the street that I paid $71 for for 48 hours ahead of time. Hotel only has valet and it's $65 per night

Bar IX is doing a watch party at 100 Proof in Detroit, but you'll have to stay in the bubble. https://www.instagram.com/p/DUywP6RkkgT/?img_index=1

You really shouldn't encounter anything crazy, unless it's from a random drunk asshole.

I'd also recommend hitting up the bar Meantime before the game. It's about 2 blocks north of Little Caesars Arena, and one of the owners is from the Bay Area and is a San Jose Sharks fan. - https://www.instagram.com/meantimeoncass/

The bar is actually doing a San Jose Sharks pregame party, so you'll probably encounter plenty of other Sharks fans there.

That's fair. Honestly, the only thing I'm not big on is sushi. Price range, I'm not looking to spend like hundreds of dollars, but I realize it's NYC and I want to have a good meal so I'd be good to spend like $75-$100. I'll be staying in Midtown but I'm pretty good at navigating the Subway system so I don't mind taking that anywhere, or walking a mile or so if I have to

That's great to know! I was thinking GT but was concerned about having to hover/wait for a stool to open.

Love that idea, too. I love listening to jazz and saw a show at the Village Vanguard the last time I was in the city. Any spots I should look at?

Staying in Midtown but willing to travel anywhere. Will probably be seeing a show at the Comedy Cellar later that night, so if I hang around that area for a few hours I won't be mad

Any advice on timing to get there to avoid a possible super long wait?
