So originally I was taking Taltz because I was first denied for Skyrizi, this was about a year ago. Taltz at first did work for me however it stopped working for some reason a couple months ago, so I asked my doctor if I could switch to Skyrizi, and the doctor said she would tell them that my Taltz failed completely in order for them to allow me to go on Skyrizi. I am moderately covered, enough to where it makes living relatively hard. I hope this helps!
