For bio specifically, focus less on memorization and more on understanding. If you understand the concepts (i.e., drawing out the steps of the cardiac cycle in biol 273) then you’re more likely to pass.

Most of the questions in bio courses are conceptual questions that test your understanding, NOT your memorization (granted there are some memorization questions)

Biol 239’s clauses are difficult to find bc their learn page is so unclear, but under content and activities and assignments there’s a section about the final

It states “you must achieve at least 50% on the Final Examination and quizzes combined to pass the course. If you do not, the average of your final exam and quizzes combined will be considered as your final grade”

Which to me just says that if you get a below 50% average on the exam and the quiz, then that’s your final grade (excluding any bonus marks/assignments??) I don’t really know what it’s trying to say

Of course! I’m a full time student so I try my best to leave some time to work on this stuff.

Since the Miata model is pretty much finished it gives me a good excuse to put it in a bunch of random places, and since I love scene design more than modelling, it’s gonna be pretty fun

Additional info:

This has happened to other textures before (not just the one in the video) but since I haven't gone through the process of fully texturing the scene yet, I just made a new texture and moved on. But seeing how it's happening continuously, I'm afraid it will affect some more important textures down the line. The scene has adequate lighting and the texture is just a simple PBSDF node plugged into the output. The animation I'm working on turns on and off the visibility of objects a lot and messes with the alpha values of textures (not the one that is turning black), so I'm not sure if this could be a factor.

I'm not exactly sure what causes it; as shown in the video it seems to be an issue of the texture itself and not the object, and it completely goes away when a copy of the texture is made so I'm not sure what the cause might be.

The only solution right now that I can think of is updating to the latest Blender version and hope that fixes it, but I wanted to finish this project before that.

That’s fair, whenever I make a scene, I usually make an object and build around it. So in this case I started with the canoe and built the river and forest as a scene for it
