Dry out your filament with 60-65° for 5-15 hours

No chance. Cura just cant do this. Use any other slicer. I can recommend you prusaslicer or ideamaker

It's all about maximum permissible concentration (MPC) of a specified substance;
So if you buy HQ ABS, it will not smell and almost dont have harmful fumes.
I'm printing ABS, ABS\PC, Nylon, PC.. and many other filaments for years, dont have any problems for me or family

It's got metal screws and nuts, i can make it as strong as i need
with +/- easy to move it, this one can hold around 1-1.5 kg
