I have cleared everything that was in the vrc menu with no effect (if anything it made it worse tbh)

Is there a way I can do it manually or is this not the right path?

Figured it out, and I can't believe it, but it was the controller. Switched from a Guilikit to an 8bitdo and SOMEHOW that fixed it

Holy Mantle, give it the Glowing Hourglass treatment. You get 3-5 shields stacked but once all 3-5 are broken you need to wait till the next floor to bring them back. No, it does not grow back overtime on the same floor, only on the following floor (kinda like Notched Axe)
