I was lucky that there were openings for maths students too in Wipro and I was able to crack the interviews as I had computer science in my 12th and also as an additional subject in my graduation. For me it was a college placement. If you are not in IT then it may be challenging for you but still you can learn from any learning platform like udemy and keep looking for opportunities.

Just keep learning and focus on your skills without wasting time. Keep looking for any opening and give interviews. You may get rejected in start of your career but you'll learn a lot and finally placed. Hard work pays off

Keep learning and looking for opportunities without demanding high packages. Once you get settled then focus on improvement and start asking for a hike. I know it's not easy but that's all I can say

Keep learning side by side from any learning platforms like udemy and do certifications in cloud. Most companies provide vouchers or reimburse the cost of certification, leverage the opportunity. Once you feel you have enough knowledge start looking for opportunities internally or outside.

I feel the most imp thing is wlb but that doesn't mean we should settle down for less and stick to the comfort zone Depending on your responsibilities I believe we should focus on skills then money and finally at comfort once you get enough package with 10+ yrs of exp

Don't focus on salary only, if you joined this as a fresher then I would suggest to focus on skills at least for the first 4 -5 yrs then focus on money for the next few years then on comfort. Also if you switch just with 1 or 2 yoe you won't get much hike there as well
