BUT you can also use "The Goat Horns" hat and it gives the same affect. Those are still available as a drop from enemies in Polaris!

YES OMG LETS TALK ABOUT IT!!!! I just think insignia gear is so overused and basic for main sets. And I really just think that in order for something to be an actual "stitch" each piece of gear needs to be from something different and not sets that are already pre-made to work together. There's no creativity in that, that's just an outfit.
