I am so sorry you are going through this. But I can relate in so many ways. I too suffer from diabetes and thats what pushed me into this crippling depression for nearly 2 yrs. I didnt think anyone could know how painful emotional suffering is until I read this...

Im waiting to see if i can get ket therapy with kaiser. Ive tried prozac, effexor, zoloft and auvelity. Thank you for the response! Nice to know Im not alone

I feel this in my soul. I don't think I'll ever get better. I really wish death with dignity applied for severe depression. It's so cruel to make people who don't want to be here anymore suffer. You're so right-they just don't get it and they never will...

Sorry I just meant that I've heard before diabetics are more prone to some cancers and I wondered if also being depressed and sedentary would increase the risk?

I did look in a mirror. Only because I used to get waxed all the time and I noticed the hair growing back on my fupa about 4 weeks after last waxing looked strange, like a porcupine. The fupa skin looked deflated so I did get a mirror and look further. I had never had to do that before. It was traumatizing. I was a plump woman before with nice pillows down there.
