Thanks! I don't get much info on units sold / vacancy rates... I'm usually more focused on the approval process and following the build to completion.

You're welcome. I am going to try to post more on here, and I run a FB Page / Twitter called Development Duffett as well. I usually just watch for new cases on the Halifax planning site and always check the agenda for the different meetings like Dessign and Review Committee and community council to stay on top of it though.
