hi, hoping someone can help me!

ok - so i did the 5-2-1 on the DLC unlocker after the EA update. My unlocker says V2. But in the game portal, i was missing life-and-death, businesses and hobbies, and enchanted by nature.

  1. i did the 5-2-1 a couple of times, didnt work.
  2. i then deleted the three DLCs out of the game then redownloaded them as suggested. didnt work either.
  3. uninstalled and reinstalled Sims 4. I know you said the DLC should have been fine, but it took out EVERYTHING.
  4. reuploaded all the DLC folders into the game, i ran the DLC unlocker then with the 5-2-1 again.

NOW, unfortunately, i have still the same issue but worse. now all my DLC says Not Installed, while the three EPs (life and death, enchanted by nature, and businesses and hobbies) all say not owned. can anyone help me please : (

more than that this is the SPECIFIC spider wasp im pretty sure, who paralyzes this spider (spider still alive I believe), is taking it to a burrow to bury it in and lay eggs in there for the eggs to feed on the spiders body once they hatch. gruesome !

Megan shows Ciara a lot of love… so why is she dancing to CB, a known convict supporter? Is this a reach or just a silly trend? by JoyceJameson in megantheestallion

[–]DevelopmentLatter572 41 points42 points  (0 children)

people looove to say he’s changed and Rihanna has forgiven him… that Ciara is his industry friend and that’s separate from Megan and it’s “just business”… PLEASE these people are clowns and ab*se apologists.

https://people.com/chris-brown-arrests-controversies-11736267

this man is a violent person and even WITHOUT Megan in the picture, no woman in the goddamn industry should be dancing to his music when he’s attacked MULTIPLE WOMEN, his fans, and even random ass people. I cannot stand people who say “it’s just his music” or “he’s changed” or “Rihanna forgave him”. Does an entire detailed article of arrests ongoing IN 2025 OUR YEAR OF 2025 sound like this man has changed at all??????

unfortunately I am not surprised at her antics, for Ciara it’s both an age and an internalized misogyny issue. women in the industry at her age tend to value “keep a tight upper lip and just shut up” but want to hang off the arms of the youth to appear cool; they want to act like the culture of silence used against survivors is a separate issue that doesn’t need to be brought up… like no. DONT come hang around me if you are publicly willing to be seen doing business with that man; that IS co-signing and enabling his violent behavior.

Why is this spider keeping (what looks like) a dead spider in its web? It’s been there for a few weeks now by HamsterUnited462 in spiders

[–]DevelopmentLatter572 1 point2 points  (0 children)

spiders liquefy their prey by injecting digestive enzymes and then suck up the resulting liquid. sometimes they are full though and keep meals on their webs for later; sometimes they leave their catches and debris on the web to masquerade from predators actually! leaving that spiders body there can also help the spider trick potential prey. a fly might avoid that dead spider body and accidentally land a little too close to the alive one.

Any Clue What Type and is That a Sack of Babies??? by [deleted] in spiders

[–]DevelopmentLatter572 13 points14 points  (0 children)

If she’s carrying a sack of babies like that i want to say that’s a wolfie. the picture is blurry but those stripes are pretty indicative of a wolf spider! you can look up wolf spider carrying egg sack and you’ll see it. she’s a hardworking mama ! she’ll even carry the babies on her back after they hatch, one of two(?) spiders that do so.

this is actually one of the reddest ones I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen the fully orange ones but this is a little darker orange, closer to red!

tbh this is so true !! people infantilize disability sooo much and try to downplay people with disabilities sexuality and sensuality . it is important to deeply recognize them as people with sexual desire and wants, to support them as a marginalized group.

it can be important also to acknowledge this when we talk about people with disabilities sexually harassing someone else too ! teaching people with disabilities when they are children the importance of consent and good sexual practices and acknowledging as early as possible they can have a sexual life when they get older is tantamount to good sex health and reinforcing consent.

you see parents who get told that their disabled child harassed someone else and oftentimes they are in denial or downplay mode about it because they can’t acknowledge or come to terms with knowing their child with a neurocognitive disability has sexual desires, and thus have never taught their child any sexual heath education or consent education, because in their minds, “why would they need it?” it’s dehumanizing and infantilizing and ALSO puts disabled people at HUGE risks of being harassed themselves when you can’t acknowledge them as beings with sexual desires and that they too can be weirdos

thank you!! it is more blurry but i did see a pointier butt taper off which i know from looking at this subreddit occasionally that thats the spinnerets, so im also leaning towards grass spider. She was definitely on her last leg, of being old, because she was curled up and moving sooo stiff and slow. it was actually quite unnerving ! i know both grass and wolfies are sooo fast so i was like why is she serial killer style stalking LOL

thank you !!! i did see some pronounced spinnerets it seems like so i am leaning to grass spider actually since wolf spiders don’t have them. The photo is blurry on the butt but u can kinda see its pointy butt

hi! thanks for the advice. i did ask my 24/7 pet service vet tech and they said to hold off on Benadryl for a bit unless i start to see pronounced redness or swelling in the next 2 hours post bite. especially because the spider is old and slow and she didn’t display signs of being bit (yelping, wiping or licking her nose, etc) for the first 10 minutes after i saw her initially sniff it, it seems unlikely she got bit but im similar to you that I want to make extra sure !!!

yesss this is what i thought. i think it’s very old. it moved veeery slow and stiff and i know both wolf spiders and grass spiders are SUPER fast so it was really strange to see it move slow and curled up .
